3. Payment & Billing
Project fees, deposits, and any recurring monthly plan amounts will be set out in your proposal. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due. Late or failed payments may result in pausing of services until the balance is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment for your project, you own the final website design and custom content we create specifically for you. We may use third-party assets (such as fonts, stock images, plugins, or platforms) that remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Third-Party Services

7. Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly support and hosting plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid for the current period. One-time project fees and deposits cover work performed and are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Specific refund terms, if any, will be stated in your proposal.
8. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We work hard to build effective websites and apply proven best practices, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as particular search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue.
